NUX Horse man (NOD-1)

Two in One Overdrive Pedal

One of the most sought-after dual overdrive pedals produced in the mid ’90s is now in one unique pedal design-with a pocket size. NUX Horseman pays homage to the legendary Centaur pedal. There are 3 dials for primary settings and 2 modes: Gold and Silver, and it offers massive headway usually requiring an 18v input.

Gold Mode mimics its classic predecessor; the transparent Gold Centaur overdrive pedal and the Silver Mode is a powered-up version with an extended gain range (Silver Centaur).

Specifications:

Gold and Silver modes:2 independent pedal sound in one mini stomp box
Gain, Treble and Output Controls
Voltage Converter
Optional:True Bypass / Buffer Bypass
Power:9V Negative Tip

Chibson Les Paul Standard

Fake Chinese made 2006 Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherryburst

I am the 3rd owner of this guitar. Got it in a trade for an old Stagg Fretless Bass. This has never been passed of as a real Gibson and I am keeping this guitar as a reference. I will document and possibly change some parts over time and I will compare it to my legit Gibson guitars and point out the obvious signs that this is a fake. I have not had it on the bench yet, but as far as I can tell from the previous owner it was made in 2018. The first owner had replaced the tuners with Hipshot Locking Tuners. I do not know the status of the pickups or the electronics yet. It is intonated and has low action. It plays fine with no fret buzz or sharp fret ends. The pickups are not microphonic. All in all first impressions is that this is a damn good fake. More to come……

Epiphone Les Paul Translucent Green

1997 Epiphone Les Paul Standard with Epiphone 57 Classic Alnico ProBuckers

This project started as 2 pieces of wood. Translucent Green Mahogany body with a thick Maple cap and a long tenon Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard. Single-ply binding on body & neck. It had sadly been down a flight of stairs and the neck was broke by the heel. The previous owner had written it off and stripped it for parts, but it looked to me like it was possible to glue the pieces back together and I did so successfully. It now has new nickel hardware with Grover tuners, real Abalone truss rod cover, new knobs, new Epiphone 57 Classic Alnico ProBuckers made in 2020 and new wiring with Alpha pots and coil splitting. I have done a «relic» job to disguise an area where a piece of wood was missing in the front, caused by the trauma.
